Coverage for new hires is effective on your date of hire. Please note, it may take up to two weeks after you complete your enrollment to receive your ID cards and obtain access to vendor portals.

ADP Dependent Verification Services (DVS): If you are enrolling dependents, ADP will contact you by email and mail. This communication will outline what supporting documentation needs to be submitted for the approval of your newly added dependents. Documentation can be submitted through myADP under the ‘Verification Status’ tile. See the Benefits Guide for more details.

When you are ready to enroll, access the myADP Dashboard by clicking on the “My ADP” link on the Athletico Portal, then select the Benefits tab to access your enrollment event.
Please note, if you are accessing myADP.com outside of the Athletico Portal single sign on, you will need to log in using your ADP-specific credentials. If you are accessing myADP.com for the first time, you will need to register. Select "New User" and register using the Registration Code: Athletico-register
