Retirement & Separation

As you prepare for your transition, please find the below resources regarding next steps, including benefits coverage, final pay, tax statements, and other general topics. Should you have any questions regarding your transition, please contact your manager or HR Business Partner. Please see the below Separation FAQ for more details, including contact information.

Employee Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage will continue until the last day of the month following your last day. All other benefits will end on the date of separation. See the below Separation FAQ for more details on COBRA coverage, life insurance conversion, and 401(k).


myADP: Employees will retain access to myADP for up to three years following separation. Please be sure to update your mailing address and personal email on file before your last day. For myADP login support, please call the ADP Resource Center at (844) 692-8426.


PTO: Any owed PTO will be paid out within 1-2 pay cycles following your last day. Please see the Separation FAQ for more details.


Deductions in Arrears: If you owe Athletico for unpaid employee benefits premiums covered while on an unpaid status, you will receive an invoice from Athletico Human Resources via DocuSign. The invoice will be sent within two weeks after final pay is processed and will include instructions for repayment.
