Guidance Resources provides highly trained clinicians to listen to your concerns and help you and your family members with any issues. Counseling is available in person or via telehealth sessions. Employees and family members receive 3 free sessions per issue per year. In addition to confidential emotional support, the EAP provides access to a variety of resources, including work-life solutions, child & elder care, pet care services, legal guidance, financial resources, retirement planning, and much more. The EAP is available to all Athletico employees and services are available 24/7/365, including holidays.
